Wow....she's a beauty!! I know what you mean about trying to get those fliying shots. Harrison is the same way. As soon as I turn myself and the camera away, here she comes!! Razz

Jewel is actually a little different than most. Shes what they called pied. If you notice, on one wing, she has bright yellow flight feathers where they are normally blue.

What a beautiful flock you have. It is amazing how intuitive they are. I love seeing photo's of everybody's flock.

everytime I lay down on the couch while Jewel is playing on the tree, she flys down and lands on my chest to snuggle with me and the puppy and watch tv. The actual point of this photo shoot was to try to catch flight shots of her flying down, but every time I put up the camera she would just bob and say hello. The second I turned away, she would land on me.... stinker.. lol

I still got some good shots of her playing around and you can see in a few shes got some tail feathers starting to come in finally!
