Beaker would be proud to be your icon. He is cute though isnt he? He is a rescue. His last owners named him Freak, and kept him in the garden shed because he was too noisy. Eventually they returned him to the breeder. He is a lot noisier than a Grey, but he is a parrot, and parrots are noisy. We love him dearly!

Post by Siobhan Thu Mar 13, 2008 2:26 pm

Hi folks,
I am delighted to join this forum. I am no expert, but I do have a few birds, 2 CAGs (liath and Oisin), 2 budgies (Gizmo and Speedy), a cockatiel (Rosie) and a caique (Beaker)

In particular I am hoping to get some info on the caique as there is little info out there about them, so hopefully some owners will sign up!

Here is a picture of the little devil.....
