thanks for the help ronda i read all the information and i just thought of something im owning a bird that im not suppose to have in california lol but i dont care lol and as for the owner of the bird i believe the person lives two doors down from my mom that have other birds and they always take them outside, this one though i think it has been out for a while it is underweight there is no adds stating someone is missing one and to me if i lost my bird i would of post signs in the neighborhood stating my bird was lost, i know that family has a blue and gold maccaw but what other birds they have i dont know i just know they have more than one . if that bird does belong to them then i really dont want to give it to them because i see how they treat there animals they dont even have a harness for there maccaw they put some leash around the body it was the kind of leash you would use to walk a dog , so really i would hate to say something then something happen and the bird dies, they were out when my mom walk out front with it on her shoulder so im thinking they might of said something if it were there bird..........this bird gives kisses and asks for kisses and whispers in my ear, i love this lil one i think it is fate that this bird came in my moms yard.,.... but we will see what happens in the next week or two

I answered your other post kimmie, if you have any certain questions please feel free to ask, we have owned one for 9 years now and she is 12 years old. In the Quaker room there is info on them, read up on them and than fire away and ask some questions, I will check back soon to see what you have come up with!
