Ah, That so much! Alot of nut are out of season so if I want to get them there a bit expesive and the chestnut are so much less and I don't have to order them. But I wanted to make sure before I brought anything! Thanks ronda.

Yes you can, they have the lowest fat content of all the major nuts out there lol. So yes they are safe for your parrot!
