WILL MY CAG TALK ?????

I have read that some CAGs talk and some do not, they make household sounds instead.
Mine is 9 months old, i have been trying to teach him how to say hello. he is trying to say it sometimes it sounds like hello more of a whistle and talk mixed. but hes definately trying to say hello at 9 months old.
Is this an indication that my bird will probably talk????
