Salmon crested molluccan cocktoo went wacko took chuck from hand

Zeus for the most part has never took a real bite.. this one is throbbing and hurts.. It happened when my husband put on new sneakers . She went aggressive. And i trye4d to get her to step up my hand to put him in his cage. How do you correct him on this behavior? The 1st time he lunged hubby swatted him on the side. The 2nd time I tried to grab his neck like the vets do when doin there inspection of his wings and talons . But he bit me hard.. Then he stepped up and i held one of his talons to show whos boss.. Right now he is not maken a sound. And i am ignoring him . Can the bite get infected?
