Oh, one more thing. Make sure every and I mean EVERY lock/opening on his cage is secure. Just last night I heard this big bang down in the bird room, I rush down there and lo and behold. Boo dismantled the "breeder box" door on his cage and was sitting on top looking so proud! I had to rig the thing up b/c the minute I had reattachd it, he had already gone back to work to do it again. He also unscrews every toy from his cage within 1 hr of putting them in! Once they figure they can get out once, it is nearly impossible to keep them in!

And thank you Janice! He is soo wonderful! Yes she did chew Delta a new one lol. I will never ever in my have another one of my birds shipped! I will be driving wherever they are from now on! Two times is way too many times to have them mess up something. And even though they did this last one for the safety of Casper, they should have called at the very least!

Boo is very vocal, for the first 4 mos or so he cried (screamed) every night at bedtime until he got used to our routine. He is a HUGE cuddlebug still, loves to be petted, he will let just about everyone pet him. I can flip him on his back and hold him on my hand. Very tolerant. I put a flight suit on him the other day sight unseen and he let me put it on and wore it for quite a bit. I will have to get a pic. He just turned 1 on March 13 so he is growing up! He says "Hi Boo", "Boo Bird" "Hi Baby" a few other things I can't discern, and he laughs. He doesn't have a normal bird voice, he has the cutest baby voice. I just adore him as I am sure you already do with Casper. The only thing I would say is that he tends to be more nippy than the others (mostly when he is overexcited) and I had to address that as soon as it started as he bites much harder than my ekkie or sun. He is gorgeous and so comfortable. I love your too hat that anyone can wear. Nevermind Mischief has also taken to sitting on my head and then leaning over to see what I am doing. A real ding bat. Casper is really gorgeous and I know you will enjoy him. Love the picutres.

Siobhan I don't think I had laughed soo hard in a long time. I have never ever had a bird jump on the top of my head and strike poses lol. And he is the biggest baby! He loves any attention at all and just loves to be snuggled! And you can pet him anywhere and he has no problem! It was just soo funny to have him on my head lol. I hate pictures of me and I really don't care for the one with him on my head cause I was laughing soo hard, but I posted it anyway cause it was just too funny lol

He is adorable...really cute. He has to be the most awaited bird EVER. Because we all watched him grow from a baby dinosaur to a beautiful birdy!

Well we are home! We got home about 8:15 when we should have been home soo much earlier! This kind of stuff only happens to us! lol We were waiting for the flight to come in @ 2pm. It comes in and they say there is no bird on that flight, we found out that the pressure in the cabin of the plane wasn't safe for him, there was something wrong with it, so they didn't want to put him on it. They ended up putting him on the next flight and that came in at 5:45. So we finally got home and I am uploading pics still as we speak! But here are just a couple to get you started! I also have a few videos as well, but they are being uploaded too, so I will probably get them on here tomorrow. But I can't even explain how sweet he is!!! It is a he, we had him sexed. His name is Casper for the ones who don't know lol. And I just can't say the words to explain how he is. He is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cuddly!!!!!!! He ate really good for Jessie when we got home. And he is eating on his seeds and pellets really well. He loves his toys! Loves loves loves them! Ok enough of me talking lol. Here are the pics and Like I said there are tons more coming!

Well everyone we are off! In about an hour we are headed to the airport to get our baby! I can't wait! I have to drive cause hubby hates to drive in traffic lol. I think that is just an excuse to get the bird out while we are driving though lol. It takes a little over an hour so I think we are going to take him out of the cage and play with him on the way home, windows closed of course lol. I will make sure I post pics when we get home! Maybe I can try to get a video of him as well! Well wish us luck! Hopefully we won't have trouble this time at the aiport!
